HOW TO INSTALL
1.    Dbl Click on MYCOMPUTER
2.    Dbl Click on   D:
3.    Dbl Click on   ACT
4.    Dbl Click on   VTLIB.EXE
5.    Press Enter button 3 times with 1 second gap.
6.    Dbl Click on Reinstal FOLDER.
7.    Dbl Click on REINSTD if you want to install on D drive or
    Dbl Click on REINSTE if you want to install on E drive

Close this window, now you can load the software from the desktop.
