1.  Dbl Click on d:\act\config    OR   d:\act\config.bat
2.  Restart you computer

If you can not find file D:\ACT\CONFIG OR D:\ACT\CONFIG.BAT then 
do the following
1.  Download www.ez911.com/help/configex.exe  and save to d:\act
2.  Dbl Click on   My Computer
     Dbl Click on   d:
     Dbl Click on   act
     Dbl Click on   configex

3.  Dbl Click on   config    OR   config.bat
4.  Restart your computer

***** CONFIG.NT IN WINDOW XP ***** 
*********************************************************************************
1.  Clcik on windows    START
2.  Type    notepad    c:\windows\system32\config.nt
3.  Press   OK
4.  Go to the end of file there you will see a line   FILES=40
5.  Change it to FILES=140
6.  Save the file.
7.  Restart your computer
